Service Description

A focused 15-minute diagnostic session to assess your instrument's needs. Our technician will evaluate neck relief, action, and electronics to provide an accurate estimate for repairs or a full setup.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment & Booking Policy To reserve an appointment, a $25 booking fee is required. This fee is credited toward any service or repair completed by Harper Guitar Works. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment and your booking fee will be fully refunded. Because appointment times are limited, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and no-show appointments will forfeit the booking fee.
